Bachelorette party in Barcelona this weekend! Amazing! I am so bad with my (non-existing) poker-face and even though I only had to keep the secret/surprise hidden from my friend for a few hours I was bursting inside! Hahaha.. Nothing like a good surprise!
Today I met up with some friends who just happened to be in Barce the same weekend! We went up to Montjuic. Beautiful view!

Last week must have been the longest week I have ever tried. It felt like months and yet only days went by. It was an incredibly sad week. My closest friend gave birth to a very small boy who died just two days later. The sadness, the frustration, the hurt, the unfairness of it all took up so much of my mind. Stil does. I am so sad for my friends.. I have been meditating every morning for them.. Chanting a mantra.. Chanting both awake, in sleep..
I stumbled over this video by Sianna Sherman the same night I learned about the death. So I have been chanting for compassion and strength for myself to be able to give it to my friends..

Last weekend was just so great! I still can’t get my mind from it! I had three amazing houseguests in the weekend <3 and met so many lovely yogis!

Today is the last official day of the Easter holiday – and what an amazing one it has been!

My lovely new yoga friend Marina from Portugal sent me a couple of her pics from the Immersion with Sianna Sherman. We were so lucky to have three amazing deities assisting Sianna; Nanna from Hamsa, Anja from Gothenburg and Laila.

My whole weekend was filled with lovely experiences with European Yogi Nomads yoga and company and this whole week has been filled with Sianna Sherman and Anusara Immersion I!
